    My promise

You should have to carry as little of this as possible. That's the whole idea. The complicated parts of buying or selling — the deadlines, the documents, the coordination, the negotiation — are my job, not yours. Your job is to make three or four good decisions with clear information in front of you.

    How I work

    Representation is the product

You are not hiring someone to unlock doors. You are hiring someone to represent your interests against a party with their own agent and their own agenda. Everything I do on your file starts from that.

    Negotiation is where it's won

Price is one term among many. Repairs, credits, timing, option terms and financing structure move real money. I negotiate all of them, not just the headline number.

    Nothing is a surprise

Every deadline and every document is explained before it reaches you. If something in your transaction is unclear, that is a failure of my explanation, not your understanding.

    It doesn't end at closing

Vendor referrals, market updates and equity reviews continue for as long as you own the home. One hundred percent of my business comes from referrals and people who found me, and that only works if the relationship keeps going.

    In the press

“Real estate should be approached as a wealth strategy — not merely a purchase or sale.”

    Background

I was born in Denver and grew up in Aurora, Colorado, the oldest of three in a first-generation Nigerian-American family, and a lot of how I work comes from that house: you do the work properly, you keep your word, and you build something that outlasts you.

In college I captained the basketball team and competed in soccer, and in 2016 I was a finalist at the USA Basketball 3-on-3 Olympic Trials in Colorado Springs — we made it past the elimination round, though we didn't win it. I graduated Summa Cum Laude from Park University with a degree in Business and Computer Science, and was a three-time Academic All-Conference honoree and a six-time Dean's List scholar. Sport taught me preparation and composure under a deadline; the degree taught me to read the numbers. This job asks for both.

Before real estate, I was a regional financial advisor at Treloar & Heisel, handling insurance and wealth planning for dentists and physicians across eight states. It taught me to look at a home the way my clients' other advisors look at everything else: as a long-term financial decision, not a one-time purchase.

Before that I was at Northwestern Mutual, where I was recognised as a top 100 intern nationally, and after it I spent a year at Actalent selling engineering consulting to C-suite executives across Texas and Oklahoma, where I was voted regional MVP inside my first seven months. Different rooms, same job: understand what someone actually needs, then be the person who does what they said they would.

I've also served on the advisory councils of the University of Richmond School of Professional and Continuing Studies and The George Washington University's Zschool of Business, helping shape what those programmes teach.
