    Sports & Entertainment

    Represented quietly.

Short windows, a public name and a schedule someone else sets — I've handled that transaction, and it runs on a different process than a normal purchase.

    The problem

    Stated plainly.

The window is days, not months

Trades and signings don't come with notice. The gap between "we're moving" and "we've moved" is usually measured in weeks, and the market doesn't slow down to accommodate it.

    You're unreachable for stretches

Seasons, tours, camps and shoots take you off the grid at exactly the moments a transaction needs a decision. The process has to survive your silence.

    Your name is public

Property records are public records. A purchase in your own name invites attention you didn't ask for, from people you didn't invite.

    You've never lived here

You're deciding on a market you don't know, on a schedule someone else manages, usually while three other things are happening.

    The process

    How representation works here.

    Discretion by design

Purchasing through an entity or trust where appropriate. Confidentiality agreements with everyone who touches the file. Your name kept out of marketing materials and out of conversations. Private showings arranged outside public hours, with access controlled.

Note: The specific ownership or privacy structure is decided with your attorney and tax advisor. I coordinate with them and execute the real estate side — I don't advise on entity, tax or estate structure.

    Built for remote

Full video walkthroughs recorded honestly, including what's wrong with each property. Decisions made from wherever you are. Closings completed by mail-away or, where your attorney advises it, power of attorney.

    Speed

A defined target agreed up front — area, price, property type, non-negotiables — so that when the window opens the shortlist already exists. The search is the slow part, and we do it before you need it.

    One point of contact

Lender, title, inspectors, insurance, movers and contractors coordinated by me. Your business manager gets one thread instead of nine, and one person to hold accountable.

    Multi-market

For markets outside Dallas–Fort Worth, a vetted referral network coordinated to the same standard, with me still holding the thread rather than handing you off.

    Background

I’ve been on that side of it.

I didn’t learn this clientele from the outside. I was a dual-sport collegiate athlete in basketball and soccer, and in 2016 I was a finalist at the USA Basketball 3-on-3 Olympic Trials in Colorado Springs — we made it past the elimination round, though we didn't win it.

That doesn’t make me your teammate and it isn’t a credential. What it means is that a compressed schedule, a season that decides where you live, and a decision that has to be made from a hotel room are not abstractions to me. I build around them instead of asking you to work around me.

Sport runs in my family, too. My younger brother, Obi Agbim, played at Wyoming and Baylor and signed a training-camp contract with the Golden State Warriors in September 2026. My cousin, Michaela Onyenwere, plays for the Washington Mystics and was the 2021 WNBA Rookie of the Year. They're family, not clients, and I don't speak for them — I mention them because I've watched the realities of a professional career from close range.

    Representation

    Working with your team.

Often the person I'm actually working with isn't the buyer. It's the business manager, the financial advisor, the agent or the attorney. That's fine — it's usually better.

Tell me the authority structure and I work to it: who decides, who signs, who is copied on what, who is never contacted directly, and how documents should move. You set the rules once and I follow them without needing to be reminded.

I'm not new to that side of the table either. Before real estate I advised dentists, physicians and practice owners on insurance and wealth strategy across a multi-state territory, and I still hold life, health and property and casualty licences. I don't give investment or tax advice and I'm not registered to — but when your advisor asks why this property at this price on this timeline, I can answer in the terms they actually work in.

    Discretion

You won't find their names here.

I've represented professional athletes. You won't find them on this page — no names, no logos, no "as seen with." That isn't modesty. It's the job. A client who needs their move kept quiet is not served by an agent who treats them as marketing material, and anyone who would put your name on a website will put the next person's name there too.

What I can tell you is how it works in practice.

A client who was deployed overseas and never saw the home in person before closing.

“Kenny has been truly amazing! Everything I could ask for he got for me in this amazing deal on this amazing home! I didn’t have to worry about anything. I am currently deployed and he made me feel as though I was there every step of the way. Kenny is THE guy if you need a perfect home with great deals. He will do his best to provide everything he possibly can for you! THANK YOU KENNY!!”

A 7pm request, answered in under thirty minutes — in the client's own words.

“Kenny was amazing. He fought for me to get the best deal possible and seemed like he was available 24/7. I genuinely have called him at 7:00 pm to get me an apartment list, and I had that list in my inbox less than 30 minutes after that. I would recommend him to anybody looking.”

A single-day itinerary across McKinney and Plano for a family who flew in from Illinois, with homes pre-toured by FaceTime before they landed.

“OMG… Kenny is da man!!!! We flew to Dallas from Illinois on a mission to find my daughter and her family a home as they are relocating! Kenny picked us up, went to breakfast with us! He then made several appointments for us to review several homes in the Dallas area, which included McKinney and Plano, we did this all in 1 day. Prior to us arriving Kenny even went to a few homes on his own on behalf of my daughter and…

Out-of-state clients toured by video before they ever landed — Illinois, and separately Florida and Colorado.

“I wanted to take a moment to share with my exceptional experience working with Kenny. From the beginning to the end of our collaboration with him was amazing. Kenny's sharpness, professionalism, personable personality, and strategic approach to real estate stood out.

A closing I travelled to Colorado to attend in person, because that was what the file needed.

“Kenny helped my family tremendously getting into our new home. He was there every step of the way and even personally came down to Colorado to make sure everything went through.

I am so grateful to him”

A lender's own account of midnight calls to resolve last-minute changes.

“As a lender, I work closely with a ton of agents. To say Kenny goes above and beyond is an understatement. His communication is top notch, and his negotiating skills are unparalleled. From routine in-person meetings to help facilitate the delivery of documents, to calls at midnight to troubleshoot a few changes, he’s definitely the agent you want in your corner!”

    How is discretion actually handled?
Purchasing through an entity or trust where that's appropriate, confidentiality agreements with everyone who touches the file, your name kept out of marketing materials, and private showings arranged outside public hours. The specific ownership structure is decided with your attorney and tax advisor — I coordinate with them, I don't advise on it.
Can the whole purchase happen while I'm unreachable or out of the country?
Largely, yes. Full video walkthroughs, decisions made from wherever you are, and closing completed by mail-away or, where your attorney advises it, power of attorney. I have represented a client who was deployed overseas and never saw the home in person before closing.
I'm the business manager, not the buyer. Can you work with me?
Yes — that's common. I work to whatever authority structure you set: who decides, who signs, who gets copied and who never does. You get one thread instead of nine.
What if the market isn't Dallas–Fort Worth?
I keep a vetted referral network in other markets and coordinate it to the same standard, so you still have one point of contact rather than starting from scratch in a city you don't know.
