Buying or selling a home means assembling a small team quickly — lender, inspector, title, contractors, movers. These are the people I work with. No one on this list pays me to be here.

Every business here is one I've worked with, and each one is asked before it appears — no directory scraped from somewhere else. Until that's done the page stays empty on purpose. If you need a lender, inspector or title company this week, call or text and I'll make the introduction directly.
