How you opt in

There are three ways you can consent to receive text messages from us.

• You text one of our published keywords — FORNEY, PRINCETON, MELISSA, FRISCO, PROSPER or CELINA — to our business number from one of our city guide pages.
• You check the unchecked SMS box on a form on this website, which reads: Text me updates about this guide and North Texas listings. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out.
• You give us your mobile number as a client during an active transaction.

We record the date, time and page where your consent was given. We never buy, rent or share phone lists, and we never add a number that did not opt in.

What we send

• Answers to questions you asked us.
• Market figures, builder incentives and guide updates for the city you asked about.
• Showing and appointment scheduling.
• Document reminders and transaction updates if you are a client.

Message frequency varies and depends on the conversation. Message and data rates may apply.

How to stop

Reply STOP to any message and we will stop texting that number. Reply HELP for help, or call 469-949-8827. Opting out of text messages does not remove you from email; to stop email, use the unsubscribe link in any email we send.

Who answers

Messages may be answered by Kenny's assistant, which is an AI system working on his behalf. It identifies itself as his assistant and never claims to be Kenny. When a conversation needs Kenny personally, it says so and he replies in the same thread from the same number.

Privacy

We do not sell your information. Mobile opt-in consent and phone numbers are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. We share your information only with the parties needed to serve you in a transaction, such as a lender, title company or cooperating brokerage, and only with your knowledge.
